Karina Kharchinskaya
my history
My acquaintance with yoga occurred in childhood, thanks to my grandfather, who practiced elements of yoga while serving in special forces. Therefore, even at school, I was able to perform various stances and positions that he taught me.
The best teachers, retreats to the East, and life in India helped me to plunge deeper into the world of yoga and try the practices of various schools.
All this experience allowed me to create my own unique system of transformation, which helped me cope with a serious autoimmune disease and became the main theme of my author’s television project “Yoga with Karina Kharchinskaya,” which was a great success on the MAXXI TV channel.
Today I share my knowledge and experience with my students. I constantly develop and grow in the process of teaching yoga, striving to inspire others on the path of self-improvement and harmony.
Yoga is not only about spirituality and state of mind. It is also a powerful tool in the fight against various diseases and health prevention. What if I say “Old age does not exist, there is simply wear and tear of the body!” The possibilities of our body are almost limitless; we can help ourselves unlock our full physical and mental potential through yoga.
I will teach you the technique of performing exercises, the ability to properly relax your body. The uniqueness of my system is to gently and controlledly prepare myself for reconfiguration. Yoga is not only a physical practice. This is a philosophy of life. In my program, I teach you to be in the present moment inside your body, this helps you realize and live your emotions and physical reactions to them.

As a yoga guru, I invite you to immerse yourself in a world of complete relaxation. A world in which there is only you and your body.

WHAT DOES GURU MEAN?
IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND
There is a hierarchy in the world of yoga: yoga trainer, yoga teacher, yoga master and yoga guru. What's the difference between them?
- A yoga trainer is a person who came to a master, thanks to whom he learned several ligaments, the names of positions, and he simply copies them lesson after lesson, without modifying anything.
- A yoga teacher is someone who can already modify the system, but still he simply transmits the knowledge of a certain school.
- The yoga master has an individual approach to presenting information. Determining what practices a person is ready for, he changes the sequence of information presentation to make the person as comfortable and understandable as possible.
- Well, a yoga guru is a person who created his own system and clearly understands who needs what within the framework of his system. It changes not only people’s bodies, but also their consciousness, life, and transforms the model of communication with the world. The yoga guru leads, transforming at a deep level. This is a person who has backed up his system with results and is ready to share it generously.
